Here I am removing cobwebs in my blog site...it has been more than a year since my last blog and I can say that 2012 happened so fast. Oh well, anyway I am in a stress for quite some time now, mental and emotional if I may say. I won't deny that most of it though come from my inner demons and some of the outside factors just amplify them. Been looking for ways to enjoy my days one at a time but the more I think of such things the boring it gets... I mean, when was the last time I went out of town for relaxation? Maybe I just have to gather some of my long lost friends for a little road trip, or perhaps an overnight frenzy in Tagaytay... As I listened to my beloved MP3, as if Kathy Trocolli is asking me while I reflect on her hit "Tell me where it hurts", Yes! I have been hurting a lot and been very depressed. Wish someone in person would ask me the same question or perhaps just comfort me with something I can enjoy with. I will be posting updates of these dark times... :(

Project: Alter Kenji

More than a week has passed since Saber left my stable and I started working on Alter Kenji with the help of my brother-in-law. Still need to finish the flooring and interiors before moving in to details. Engine and carburetor is in good condition so far, airconditioning system is fine also, headlights and tailights all ok except for the hazard and turn lights. So excited on dressing him up. Maybe I'll be spending a bit for my leisure for the car but definitely I will make it a head turner once more. Its all JDM headlights will be a good start, after all AE92 is not so new for me since the original Kenji has well behaved when I acquired him 4 years ago. Will post photos soon.

Farewell Saber...

A caller last November 22 showed interest on my Saber and haggled a bit on my asking price. We closed at a certain amount and as per my brother-in-law, the buyer went back with a mechanic and checked my corona again, after which he said that he would be back around 10pm after I get home from my shift. So there when we met, I asked him to test drive the unit and give it a flooring on the gas pedals. He was so convinced on how Saber roared at Evangelista showing full power, he even forgot that the car housed only 4 gears in shifting. Anyways the kind buyer's name is Mark, and he paid after that and signed the agreement of sale because we had to fix first the deed.

The next day Mark informed me about having to fix a torn chassis under the steering wheel, a heads-up I guess and then we signed the Deed of Sale. He's still happy acquiring Saber though...Thursday evening he went to pick-up the notarized documents then I have seen Saber without tint..she looked fabulous! Missed her a bit but honestly she will be spoiled by Mark though. Glad to let her go to someone as enthusiast as him.

Ambrose Swimming Reunion...A Bond to Remember

It is still month of November and not too late to post our Ambrose 96-swimming reunion. Assembly was at SM MOA around 7pm. Went there with Erik and met with Vjorn, after which I had dinner with my Sweetie then accompanied her around until assembly time. Gathered at Mcdonalds in Cyber One building until all who nodded to be there came, our shuttle arrived around 8:30pm. Along the trip were boisterous laughters and non-stop stories, showed how much we missed the troop. Arrived at the resort about 10:30pm and set up the grilled for Reynard's "inihaw na liempo" and hotdogs on stick.July started the tequila sessions even before dinner and our merry videoke sessions. Vjorn has his own tricks under his sleeve, still the old Vjorn who catches the class' attention with his antics.A night of booze, food, and swimming...still cannot getover this reunion.. LOve you guys!

October Quick Run

It is just now that I have visited my blog site and to think that my last post was September 28...so what have been I up to last October?...hmmm, let me see... Sweetie went to Vietnam for a leisure trip and I went out on a drinking session with my friend Earl. Had a series of jogging sessions with Kel several Saturdays ago, ordered a pair of J12's from an online class AAA shoe store which until now has not arrived but as I checked the tracking number via EMS, item reached Customs last October 28..so where the hell are my kicks? Several Fridays with my Sweetie playing Gold Fort and Watching live band at MOA. She even redeemed 2 Care Bear Stuffed Heads from Time Zone....hehehe. Watched 2 local movies in 2 Thursdays in a row, No Other Woman and Praybeyt Benjamin. BTW, we discovered Bagnet 8065 because of her voucher. This cool Bagnet restaurant boasts of different Bagnet-based dishes, from Curry, Sisig, Kare-Kare, Dinuguan etcetera all varieties of their crispy Bagnet. Guess I will just have to add more once I recalled other happenings. Tune-in.

Sweetie at 8 and Counting...

More than 3 weeks has passed and my overwhelming work has been limiting me to write a sentence or two in my blog page.
This time I ain't gonna pass on writing about our "Stormy Anniversary". Thanks to 'Pedring', our supposedly 2 hour celebration turned out to null. The telecoms' signal were compromised in our area and I was not able to SMS my Sweetie to remind her to just stay home for she might get stranded. Luckily we had series of messages on my other phone (different network that is) and advised her to take the day off cause I will be reporting for duty also. So we had to settle for YMs and mobile calls(McKinley hills had signal for SUN, yay! for that.)
Just wanna reminisce how wonderful the year went for us, how she adjusted much on my work schedule and how she hoarded vouchers for our meal getaways(LOL). She has always been supportive in her on little contradictory way...ironic isn't it? well, that's one of the things I love from her though. In a way we still bond most of the time and laugh a lot. Quarrels are as silly as a coffee without sugar but the the bitter taste wakes us from our immaturity. I can never say less about how my surrounding transforms each time I see her, it's like having a crush on her over and over again. I may not be God's only son but I certainly was over blessed by having her as my other half. I love you very much Sweetie Grace. Happy 8th Anniversary!
